Two palace profiles demonstrate ED Concept’s ability to execute at VVIP level across complex fit-out and finishing scopes in Equatorial Guinea.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“Over the years, from one palace to the next, one thing remained consistent: your ability to deliver excellence without compromise. You have always delivered — high quality, on time. That’s why we kept trusting you.”
— Client Advisor, Presidential Palaces, Equatorial Guinea (2024)

Selected client testimonials attached to their corresponding villa stories strengthen credibility around delivery, quality, guidance and long-term performance.
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“Everyone said it was impossible to finish in one year — where usually it takes four years — in the mountains, through harsh snowy winters. You did it. I won my bet, and my friends were astonished.”
— Ghassan Bou Habib, Mountain Villa — Lebanon (2017)
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“You designed and built a beautiful villa. As a meticulous German, I scrutinize every detail. Placing my trust in you proved worthwhile. Nothing is missing. Perfection in details. I will enjoy it for years to come.”
— Corina Mullem, Luxury Villa — Lebanon (2022)
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“Others failed where you succeeded. After having several contractors terminated because they couldn’t handle the complexity of the fit-out, we doubted anyone could deliver this villa — but you did. Today, beyond being our contractor, you are our friend.”
— Vice President DEWA Dubai, Luxury Villa (2007)
CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
“After meeting with me and my family, Eddy helped us clarify the vision and showed us how the project should move forward. We awarded him the contract, and within only a few months, the difference was clear. Today, I trust his judgment and every decision he makes on the project.”
— Hamad Al Aref, Private Villa, Dubai (2026)
